The one thing we’ve learnt from 25 years of business is to listen. Listening to people isn’t hard and giving people good honest advice is easy when you believe in your product.
The other thing we’ve learnt is that people don’t like some of the “selling tactics” that our competitions use and that’s fine, because neither do we!
