As a recent example, we had a customer purchase Roller Shutters from us with the view to getting them installed right away. Upon inspecting his home we advised that him to have maintenance done so that the integrity of our install wouldn’t be compromised. He agreed and promptly engaged a builder to do the work.
Unfortunately he experienced building maintenance delays that set the install date back 7 months. He was very relieved that we could help him through that period.
Delayed by 7 months.
So we stored them away safely in our factory. It’s an extension of our customer service, to help out with reliable advice and offer genuine solutions.
